Our ordering procedure

Step 1:

Contact us by WhatsApp by clicking the WhatsApp icon (bottom right) or Send us an email by filling and submitting the form on the Contact Us page.

After receiving the message we will respond asking you to Scan and send your passport or ID and your passport size picture to us. After we receive the passport/ID, passport sized photo and other necessary requirements

Step 2:

Payment

payment details/instructions will be sent to you.

Step 3:

Confirmation of your order

Once payment of at least 50% advance deposit is confirmed, we shall send you a digital receipt.

Step 4:

Processing

Wait for between 10-1 5days maximum for us to process your certificate and have it uploaded online. If you need it urgently, just specify and we'll do it within 3-5 days.

Step 5:

Once your certificate is ready you will be contacted by phone and/or email.

You will receive your login details for your PTE portal to login and download your certificate directly from the Pearson PTE the official website. That way, you're sure that it is registered in the system and authentic.

Step 6:

After you confirm the authenticity of the certificate you pay the 50% balance.
